たらこのカルボナーラ

生クリーム（濃度25％位）100cc、牛乳（3.8～4.7）50ccを、 
フライパンにいれる。 
↓ 
水300mlに昆布茶10ｇ+シイタケエキス5ｇ+かつおダシ1ｇ 
を（すべて粉末状になったものが市販されてる）とかしたもの 
を30cc加え、塩少々で味をととのえる 
↓ 
ゆでたパスタ130ｇと、タラコ（明太子ではない）40ｇをいれ、 
ピンク色になるようにからめる。 
↓ 
（醤油風味の）味ごま5ｇ、万能ネギ3ｇをちらす。 
↓ 
白身をとった卵黄1つ中央にのせ、刻みノリを周りにそえる。 
↓ 
卵をまぜまぜしながら頂く 
↓ 
めっちゃ（゜Д゜）ｳﾏｰ しかも（゜Д゜）ﾗｸｰ
