500ccの沸騰したお湯に皮を剥いだ鶏胸肉を一枚入れ蓋をして10秒待ち火を止める
そのまま30分待って肉を取り出して削ぎ切りにし、ポン酢やわさび醤油で食べる
残ったお湯は出しが出ているのでスープにする
